We are excited to tell you that we have just added a new Bonbonniere Range to our list of specialized product ranges at Shiloh Plastics.

Why did we produce a bonbonniere range?

Over the years, we have had quite a few friends and family members ask us for plastic boxes for their weddings. Bonbonnieres have come such a long way from a few sugar coated almonds. We have found some of our smallest boxes to be particularly popular for putting lollies in. It’s simple and yet extremely effective when some well chosen lollies in the perfect colour to suit a theme are contained in a plastic box with a ribbon wrapped around the outside. It’s also quite cost effective.

So many different ways to use plastic boxes for bonbonnieres

There are lots of things you can do with a simple plastic box.  One really popular idea has been to use personalized rock candy with the names of the couple crafted into the lollies. It’s easy to find a supplier, and you can choose from all kinds of colour combinations. Chocolate hearts in foil are also popular and look great in the smaller boxes as well.

Baked goods would work just as well – perhaps a brownie or some fudge. Once again, tie a ribbon around it and it will look really special.

Though people are getting even more creative these days with their bonbonnieres. We have even been asked to supply larger boxes to hold salt and pepper shakers for a wedding once. So your only limit really is your imagination.

With this in mind, we have put together a new bonbonniere range of boxes, cylinders and pillow packs that you might find helpful while planning your wedding. However you don’t need to feel limited to our actual bonbonniere range. We have a much larger range of plastic boxes and cylinders that might work for you also. Our bonbonnier range though has been chosen because these are mostly smaller boxes, or a little bit special.
